I noticed a significant difference when importing my model into Bexel Manager using different formats:
When I import an IFC file, the model contains various “blue surfaces/planes” and additional artifacts.
When I use the BX3 format (via the Revit Publisher), the model is clean, and these blue surfaces are not present.
Could you please explain why this happens? My assumption is that the BX3 format automatically filters out analytical models or specific geometry that the standard IFC export includes, but I would love to have a verified explanation from you to include in my thesis.
Thank you very much for your time and help.
