Clash Detection Workflow

1. Create a federated BIM model from multiple IFC files   ➡️

2. Import from the Knowledge base clash selection sets template based on IFC rules  ➡️

3. Import from the Knowledge base clash matrix template based on selection set rules ➡️

4. Update all clash jobs

5. Optionally, manage clash detection results (manage statuses, group clash results) ➡️

6. Publish BIM model to the BEXEL CDE (as a new project, or add the new version to the CDE Project from the dropdown list)

7. Publish clash detection report to Power BI + Bexel Viewer dashboard ➡️

       7a. Active CDE Project and Version is automatically selected. Change Project and/or Version from the drop-down list if needed, and check Auto Load Models (not recommended for large-scale project).

       7b. Choose Custom breakdowns to publish

       7c. Refresh Power BI dashboard to load data from Bexel Manager

       7d. Publish Power BI dashboard to include Bexel Viewer model

Note: After publishing, open Power BI in the browser. If Bexel Viewer doesn’t appear shortly, please log in to Bexel Viewer, after logging in, reload the page with the Power BI dashboard.
