Hi,
I’m trying to install BEXEL Manager, but a note keeps popping up during the process. Could you please help me with this issue?
I already have MS Visual C++ installed on my machine, and I even tried repairing it once, but the problem still persists.
Thanks, bye!
Hello Mohameed,
Please review the answer below.
If Microsoft C++ 2013 Redistributable is already installed on your PC, the installer may show this error message. However, it’s important to check whether the Redistributables themselves are intact and not corrupted.
To verify this, go to Control Panel → Programs and Features and review the installed Microsoft C++ Redistributables. Make sure each one shows an actual file size. If any of them display 0 KB, they are likely corrupted. In that case, it’s recommended to download and install the correct package directly from the official Microsoft C++ download page. A 0 KB entry is usually just a placeholder, and reinstalling should resolve the issue.
Kind regards,
