A full 30-day BEXEL Manager trial version with no credit card needed is available after submitting a trial request. A fully developed sample model ready for 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM analyses, with predefined templates and scripts is included. 

No, a trial license must be requested at the following link. However, when requesting a trial your Bexel User Area account will be automatically created. 

If you need additional time you can request a one-time 15 days extension at the following link. 

If you are eligible for an educational license you may request it at the following link.

The educational license provides BEXEL Manager Lite version at no cost, but with the limitation that it can only be used for educational purposes.

All regular full-time bachelor and master students, PhD candidates, and university professors of accredited institutions are entitled to receive a free annual educational license. Students that have graduated or former teachers are not eligible for the discount.

To verify your student status we can accept the following documents:

• A copy of your student/teacher ID
• An enrollment letter or employment verification issued by the university.

Please make sure that the document contains your educational institution name, your full name and the current year of study or the validity of the document.

Use your university email address when requesting the license. If you do not have an educational email address please provide firm proof of eligibility or your request might be declined. 

The verification process usually takes one or two business days. After verification, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your license code and instructions for installation.

BEXEL offers unlimited classroom licenses for educational institutions. If you are a professor or university IT administrator please contact academy@bexelmanager.com.

If your educational license is either expiring soon or has already expired, you can request an extension and, at the same time, submit a valid verification document by selecting the Educational license tab of our Contact support form.

The trial and educational licenses are standalone single-seat licenses. That means it can be activated once and on a single machine only. If hardware has changed, lost, or broken during the trial/educational period, the license must be deactivated by our support team. To deactivate the license, please get in touch with our support team.

The most likely reason is that you have previously used a trial license or there were multiple requests from your company domain. Using an inadequate email domain or data will also result in declining the trial.
