Clash report can be exported as a PDF, HTML, Power BI + Bexel Viewer or Power BI report. PDF and HTML reporting To export the entire clash detection job, deselect all clashes, or select all clashes within the clash result list by pressing CTRL+A. To export only selected clashes, select the clashes in the Clash detection job, adding individual clashes using the Ctrl key.Select Clash Report → The Export Clash Report window opens → set the image display properties in the Image Parameters field, the Level Map properties in the Show Level Map field, and other properties information in the Other Information field → Click on the Export button and choose the format type (PDFor HTML). The report consists of three parts. The first part includes general information about the number and type of conflicts and their status. The second part is the clash detection matrix. The third part contains each clash separately, with an accompanying image. To access the HTML file, simply open it using your preferred browser. Double-click on a specific clash image within the HTML file to enlarge it. Power BI + Bexel Viewer reporting Another option for reporting clash results is using Power BI with an integrated Bexel Viewer. The initial step is to publish a project to the online viewer:From the Project Menu → Click Publish to BEXEL CDE → Set parameters such as IFC version, Filter, etc. → Click Publish. Once the upload has been completed, an email containing a direct link to open the published model will be sent to you.Once the model with all load sources is published online, return to BEXEL Manger.Choose Manage tab and select Publish Report with BEXEL Viewer in the Power BI segment → From the drop-down menu, choose Clash Detection → Choose Export Template → The Power BI Export Wizard window opens → Active project and version will be selected by default (if the project is previously published to BEXEL CDE) → Click Finish → Choose the location for Power BI report → Finish the process by clicking Save. Open the saved Power BI report → Click on the Refresh button in the Home tab to load data from Bexel Manager → Click Publish to include the BEXEL Viewer model. After publishing, open Power BI in the browser. If BEXEL Viewer doesn’t appear shortly, please log in to BEXEL Viewer and reload the page with the Power BI dashboard. Now it is possible to analyze clash detection results with interactive Power BI and BEXEL Viewer dashboard. Power BI reporting Clashing results can be analyzed through the Power BI platform.Choose Manage tab and select Publish Reports in the Power BI segment → From the drop-down menu, choose between Basic or Advanced – Includes commercial visualizations template. The entire project is being published to the Power BI file, allowing for analysing of clashing results through Desktop or Web platform.At any time, if any changes are made to clash detection, using the Export Data option, it is possible to update the template with the latest data.
