Select elements planned to be executed on the construction site, for the desired time period, directly from the Schedule Animation ➡️2. Create a selection set including these elements to generate a BIM look-ahead plan ➡️3. Send look-ahead selection sets with planned quantities and costs on construction site to cloud-based BEXEL Viewer, or any other IFC viewer via BCF Manager ➡️4. Import BCF file into the BEXEL Viewer ➡️5. Check what was executed on-site and adjust the look-ahead plan with actual progress, by deselecting or adding elements6. Save the BCF file and send it back to BEXEL Manager7. Import back actual progress of executed elements, and create a selection set for progress entry8. Automatically create progress entry for executed works ➡️9. Compare Planned VS Actual schedule within Gantt chart, task reports, resources, total cost, cumulative cost, activities, check completion, Line of balance, remaining quantities per executed activities directly in BEXEL Manager ➡️10. Export BIM model into customized Power BI + BEXEL Viewer interactive dashboards to get precise interactive reports: planned and actual cost per task, Earned Value Analysis, Cost and Schedule Performance Index ➡️11. Monitor progress of executed work and analyze it on multi-version level or multi-project level within Bexel Portfolio Manager12. Play planned vs actual simulation, and visually compare two schedules, baseline and actual with progress
