Create, or import a template from the Knowledge base and generate quantity takeoffs based on element properties and use it as a base for the Work Breakdown structure for a Cost Classification ➡️2. Use Creation Wizard to generate Cost classification with defined Element queries from previously created Quantity takeoff and customizable Knowledge base templates ➡️3. Use/create/adjust templates based on standardized cost classification codes to automatically enrich classification with name and description4. If necessary, edit cost database in excel, by adjusting calculation formulas, mapping rules, unit prices, resources, and daily outputs and import it back to Bexel Manager5. Fine-tune cost items directly in BEXEL Manager by adding or changing information such as daily output, quantity type, unit, unit cost, material, labor, equipment supplement, resources6. Automatically check applicable elements on BIM cost classification ➡️7. Review and share the results via BCF Manager, in form of Selection sets ➡️8. Auto-assign elements to BIM Cost classification and automatically create BOQ ➡️9. Directly in created cost version add additional expenses such as taxes, overheads and markups10. Export BIM model into customized Power BI + BEXEL Viewer interactive dashboards and analyze 5D Cost estimation, isolate specific groups of work, and check prices on different levels ➡️
