Project data exchange
BEXEL Manager allows multiple users to work on the same project simultaneously. The Exchange module is used to transfer project data between two or more users, such as selection sets, animation, or cost data. This process won’t create a new project version. It will just update the current version.
Export data
To export certain information, please follow the steps below:
Select Exchange → Choose Export command within the Exchange data with another Bexel Project window → The Exchange Wizard window will open → Check the type of information to exchange → Click Next → Choose some of the data by checking or use the Select All command to select all → Click Finish → In the Save As window define the name and the location of the BXF file.
Import data
To import certain information, please follow the steps below:
Select Exchange → Choose Import within the Exchange data with another Bexel Project window → Within the Open form, choose BXF file → In the Choose Sections for Import window, check the type of information to import → Finish the process by clicking OK.
