CDE Mobile Version Estimated reading: 2 minutes Mobile-optimized user interface for the BEXEL CDE is now available, designed for convenient access from mobile devices. The mobile version is automatically activated when accessing the CDE via a mobile device browser. After logging in, the list of available projects is shown. Once a project is selected, navigation is available to BCF Issues (default choice) and the Docs system. A “Request Desktop Site” option is also available at the browser tab/page level, allowing you to switch between the desktop and mobile interface as needed. 1. Open BEXEL CDE on your phone and log in with your credentials2. To add the BEXEL CDE icon to your homepage, open your browser settings and select the Add to Home Screen option. This allows you to access Bexel CDE quickly and easily whenever needed 3. After logging in, the list of available projects is displayed4. Once a project is selected, all BCF Issues created for that project are listed5. Tap on an issue to edit it. The mobile interface supports creating and editing BCF Issues, including comments and linked documents Tips and tricks Create or manage your project’s Safety or Quality Issues on-site using your phone. When creating a BCF Issue select a snapshot from your gallery or cloud storage or take a new photo directly with your device’s camera. For existing BCFs, snapshot preview and download are available. Also, document linking and adding comments are enabled once the issue is created. 6. Select the Docs icon in the bottom of the screen to navigate to the Document View7. Upload one or multiple files to the currently selected directory via the + button in the top-left corner is enabled, as well as to select a file to access with Preview and Download options available8. After selecting a document from the list, the options to Preview and Download are displayed. Depending on your user rights, the Remove button may also be available
