Manage Project Versions Estimated reading: 3 minutes 299 views Project versions overview Click the Manage Project Versions icon within the Bexel CDE environment located in the Manage column → The project versions are listed. Open project version To open the desired version from the list, click the Open command → Selected project version has been opened in the new browser tab → Click on the Explore BEXEL Viewer icon → Sources tab is shown. Click on the Load all (sources) command → BIM Model of the selected project version will appear within the Bexel CDE Online Viewer module. Delete project version To delete desired version from the project list, click the Delete icon within the Delete column → If you agree to delete the selected project version from Bexel CDE, check the box and click the Yes command → Project version will be deleted from Bexel CDE, and it disappeared from the project list. Create a new project version within Bexel CDE Type a New Project Version Name within the Manage Project Versions window → Click Create New command → New project version has been created and notified by email. Please note that created new project version is without any BIM Model source, and it is available for adding new BIM model sources. Open the latest project version within Bexel CDE Within the Bexel CDE environment project list, click the Open command located next to the certain project name → The latest uploaded project version will be opened in a new browser tab → Click on the Explore BEXEL Viewer icon → Sources tab is shown. Click on the Load all (sources) command → BIM Model of the selected project version will appear within the Bexel CDE Online Viewer module. Other options Once the Project Version is opened, Bexel CDE modules are available for those whose user licenses are active. By checking and unchecking tabs with a left mouse click on them, modules are on or off. Load Sources Click on the Explore BEXEL Viewer icon → Sources tab is shown. Click on the Load all (sources) command → BIM Model of the new project version that is previously published appears within the Bexel CDE Online Viewer module. To close a specific module or tab, click on the Close command in the upper right corner of the active module or Close next to a certain tab name. Bexel Viewer can be opened in a separate browser window by clicking the Open in new window command.To reorganize the position of different BEXEL CDE modules and segments within the screen, drop in the desired module with the left mouse click and drop it down in the desired place within the browser.
